Jennifer Jessup, D.C., grew up in the small Ohio town of Versailles. From there, she graduated from high school as a co-valedictorian of her class. After attending Miami University (www.muohio.edu) in Oxford, Ohio, she graduated in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in health and sports studies, with majors in exercise science and health promotion. Dr. Jessup then moved to Lombard, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, to attend the National University of Health Sciences (www.nuhs.edu), where, in 2005, she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic. During her time at National University, Dr. Jessup studied both chiropractic and the chosen specialty of Applied Kinesiology (AK). She spent many non-regular class hours and weekends studying with such experts in the field as Drs. David Leaf, Timothy Francis, Robert Blaich, and Robert Rakowski. She also received training from Drs. George Goodheart, the founder of Applied Kinesiology, Jerold Morantz, Wally Schmitt, and Jeff Bland. She is licensed by the State of Ohio to practice Chiropractic. Dr. Jessup currently resides in Troy, Ohio. She is a member of the Troy Chamber of Commerce and St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. She is very excited to be back in the area that she first called home, to be a part of and to serve the Troy community.
